-Rush Fee (Less than 48 hours notice) – $25
Mileage Fees- We are Headquartered in Lakewood Ranch, FL
+ 20 Miles from headquarters – $35
+ 30 Miles from headquarters – $50
*** State and local Sales Tax added to each order
