Because our territory is such a large area, our prices are based on driving distance.

For a basic sign rental of 24-36 hours that includes name, greeting, graphics, balloons and stars, the prices are as follows:

Alma, Emma – $94
Blackburn, Napoleon, Waverly, Wellington – $109
Concordia, Dover, Odessa $89
Corder, Higginsville, Lexington, Mayview – $84

For an extra name: $20
For an extra day: $40
Added Photo op area: $40
Rush Order Fee (day before) $25
Rush Order Fee (day of) $50

Please note: sometimes we are able to go outside of the above-mentioned areas. Just ask. We do have added out of area fees for this type of request.

FAQs:
What happens once I order?
*Once we receive your order, we will prepare an invoice and a contract for you. It will be sent to your email.

Can I pay after I receive my sign?
No. We ask that all of the sign greetings are paid for as soon as possible. Once it is paid for, it will be solid on our calendar.

Can I put the sign up myself?
No. Only trained sign preparers are allowed to set up the signs.

Can I keep my sign?
No. Our signs are professional grade and part of our inventory. We use them over and over again so we can be sure to spread joy to as many people as we can.

What if it rains or snows?
We will still set your sign up in that type of weather. The only thing we won’t do is set up in lightning or severe wind. We will contact you as soon as we can if this is the case.

What if I want my sign placed somewhere besides my own yard?
That is ok but we MUST have expressed consent from whomever is in charge of that other yard. Ex #1: Community Center set ups are ok. However, you will need to provide us with written consent from the manager. Ex.#2: If it’s a relative or a friend, we must have a name and a phone number of someone who lives there to be in contact with from the beginning of the process.

Other basic info:
*If there has been no precipitation in your yard in the past 24 hours, you must water it for at least 3 hours! Missouri dirt/clay is difficult and if a 6 inch screwdriver cannot go in the ground, neither can our signs.
* Do not mow around the signs. It can cause serious damage. You will be charged for sign damage due to lawn maintenance.
*Do not move the signs. Take all the pictures you want, but please do not move them! There is a fee for moved signs. And you will also be charged for any damage done due to moved signs.
* Make sure your set up area is free of gravel underneath. Unfortunately, we cannot set up in rock or gravel unless notified in advance. We have stands we can use in that type of area; there is an added fee if we use stands.
