Sign Gypsies Westmoreland is a family-owned yard sign rental company in Irwin, PA offering customized signs to celebrate it all! Since opening in 2019, we have helped thousands celebrate with big birthday yard signs, anniversary signs, events, engagements, baby announcements, retirements, graduations, and more. We can accommodate just about any reason or occasion!

All lawn displays include our balloons, stars, and graphics for a fun and full look. We have a huge variety of graphics and colors to truly personalize the display for each recipient.

We take care of everything— from the design, delivery, professional installation and removal of your big yard sign display at the end of the rental period. Your delivery will be scheduled for the evening before your event date (time slots can be selected on your booking form) and pickup is the following day, or last day of your rental if additional days are added. Morning delivery requests may be accommodated at our discretion (additional fee may apply).

“Mega” Greeting Displays! $79+tax
The Mega Greeting features our 4ft tall MEGA number(s) for the age and a single recipient’s name. A small “Happy Birthday” graphic is included with this display style. Mega Number + Name examples included in the photos below.

*NEW* “MEGA” Cake Displays! $79+tax
This option includes a HUGE cake, standard number for the age (optional) and a single name. Select “MEGA” Greeting as your option and specify “Mega Cake” in the comments. (Mega number not included)

Full Happy Birthday Displays! $89+tax
This includes “Happy Birthday” in individual letters OR a MEGA “Happy Birthday” burst, age, and a single name. Want your full Happy Birthday Display even bigger? Add MEGA Numbers! Mega numbers are 4 FEET tall and can be added to this option for an extra $10. “Sweet 16” options available as a package selection on our booking form, both with and without Mega Numbers.

Custom Celebration Displays! $99+tax
Weddings, showers, promotions, corporate events, homecomings, multiple birthdays–we celebrate it all! Pricing for custom phrase displays depends on the size and type of display. Custom birthday phrases or displays for multiple birthdays in a single display are available, too! Includes up to 25 characters. Additional characters or phrases are subject to an additional charge.

Retirements! $89+tax
This includes a single piece “Happy Retirement” Mega Board and a single name. Adding additional names/verbiage is an additional fee.

Anniversaries! $79-$99+tax
Choose from multiple design options to celebrate! Photo examples available below. Adding additional names/verbiage to “Happy (#) Anniversary” on your booking form is subject to an extra phrase fee ($10-$25).

BIG ​Birth Announcements! $100+tax/2 Day Rental
“It’s A Boy”, “It’s A Girl”, OR “Welcome Home” displayed for TWO DAYS to give the new parents plenty of time for photos and to announce the arrival of their little one! ​Baby’s first name can be added for no additional charge. We also have a fabulous MEGA Stork and 3-D “BABY” blocks available to add-on for $10/per item based on availability. Rush fees do not apply to these displays, they are nearly always last minute due to the nature of this occasion. Alternate phrase requests to the ones listed above are subject to an additional fee.

GRADUATION! $99+tax
Includes a Mega Grad Cap or “Congrats Grad” Mega Board, ONE graduate’s first name and assorted graduation themed graphics such as graduation cap, diploma, “2024” and other celebratory pieces, and balloons/stars featuring the graduate’s school colors or another color scheme if you desire.
Your specific delivery window will be confirmed at the time of invoicing and your pickup will occur the following day in the same timeframe unless additional days are added ($).
Additional text such as extra names or phrases will be subject to an added charge ($25-$99).
**Park installs/public venues will still require a daytime delivery and pickup appointment (See Above)

Rent for Additional Days!
Need to extend your one day rental? Not a problem! Select your number of additional days on your booking form. Additional full days can be added for ONLY $25/day!

Morning Setups!
$25 fee If you are looking for a specified morning setup time other than the included evening delivery time slots, select this option on your booking request form (based on scheduling availability). Public venues/events and parks require daytime setups pending pre-approval of the space at the time of booking.

Photo Frame Add-Ons!
Add $25 to add this option to one of the above packages. Please specify in the comments of your booking form if you are interested in this option.

Custom vinyl text and balloon garland add-on options available. Please use the “Indoor Backdrops Quote” form below for a custom quote for your event.

**Rush Order Fees apply for rush orders as defined on our booking form. Requests sent for zip codes that did NOT return Sign Gypsies Westmoreland as the service provider will be subject to a minimum $35 extra distance fee, based on availability.
