Delivery and Retrieval
For the safety and security of our Villages community our delivery, set up and retrieval typically happen during dusk hours. We like to come the night before your special occasion and set up your yard greeting between 6pm and 10pm. By special request, we can deliver the morning of an event between 630am and 9am for a small fee. Sometimes we need to deliver, set up and retrieve on the same day, but you will be notified if that is the case. It is usually if you order a MEGA. The MEGA’s don’t do well overnight…
We return approximately 24 hours later to retrieve your rental.
How to Book
Choose your special date and occasion. Fill in your information in the quote request. If we are able to fulfill the request, we will invoice you. Please review and verify your date. Date changes can be challenging due to inventory availability. If the date is changed after it has already been confirmed, there is no guarantee the order can be fulfilled. We will do our very best to accommodate your new date request. There are no refunds once dates have been confirmed. Your rental is guaranteed only after full payment has been received.
Unfortunately, we cannot send a mock-up ahead of time. We create your special greeting based on the information you provide. We do include as much of your request as possible/available. For additional examples of setups, please visit www.signgypsies.com.
Please double check the delivery address. We are unable to move the display once it is set up. There are no refunds if you provide the incorrect address.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
I will text you that payment has been received. Please contact me if you do not receive text.
