HOW IT WORKS

1. PICK THE DATE & MESSAGE

Fill out our request for rental form with your event date and custom message. Submit it to us to see if we are available on your event day with the items needed for your sign!

2. CONFIRMATION

Within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your event.

3. INVOICE/PAY

We then send you an invoice by email. After you pay through our secure portal, your date is confirmed

4. WATER YARD/PICK UP POO

It is SUPER helpful if you water your yard where the sign will be installed. A wet yard helps us quickly set up your sign for your surprise! If you have dogs, please pick up the poo before we arrive. No one wants to hit a land mine!

5. WE INSTALL YOUR SIGN

We do all the work for you! First, we gather all the elements for your personalized yard display. Then we install the signs the night before or early in the morning on the day of your event.

6. WE TAKE IT ALL DOWN
Sign will be picked up based on time listed on contract. You don’t need to do a thing, except celebrate!

RENTAL INFO & PRICING

Price includes same day rental of a single phrase and name greeting, delivery, set up and pick up.

We typically set up in the evenings between 7-10 PM and are open 7 days a week for installations. All signs are removed about 24 hours later.

Prices start at $95* for a celebration set-up. (Happy 5th Birthday Emma!, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Welcome Home! etc. ) and may increase based on distance.

Anniversary & Retirement greetings start at $95*

ADD-ONs

$25 for additional names, i.e., twins, triplets, etc. Phrases and custom word displays may be quoted with request. (Nifty, Nifty, Amanda is 50!)

$40 for additional days (If the sign is available.)
*Excludes Graduation season (May 1-June 30). Each Additional Day is invoiced at the regular rental rate for a graduation set-up.

$35 rush fee for orders placed within 24 hours of setup.
$25 distance fee will be applied to any address over 25 miles within our territory.

$35 for Outside Service Area -Outside service area is specific to zip codes not currently covered by another Sign Gypsies franchise

*All graphics, stars and balloons are included in the price apart from the greeting. Graphics are based on availability and specific graphics are not guaranteed. If we have a graphic available, we will use it in your sign!
