Packaging and Pricing

Prices include a 24 hour rental yard greeting, delivery, set up and pick up.

All Birthday Packages include recipient’s name, age, balloons, stars and available graphics of recipient’s hobbies and interests

Standard Package Includes “Happy Birthday” spelled out with individual letters. Typically 4’ tall x 18’-20’ wide -$125

Ultimate Package Includes Oversized Happy Birthday sign mounted at about 5’-5.5’ tall x 15’ wide -$125

Mega Birthday Cake stands 6’ tall and makes a huge statement- $125

“Mini Birthday” set up starts at $75 for a 5 letter name. Includes name, balloons, stars and a smaller “Happy Birthday” sign. Each additional letter in the name is $5 extra, which also accounts for the additional balloons and stars.

Specialty Greetings – Baby Announcements, Retirements, Anniversaries, Welcome Home, or any custom message starts at $125 based upon size of design.

Stork for baby announcement-$30 in addition to the $125 fee, but baby announcements are a 3 day rental for no additional charge

Other Important Info

Saturday rentals – to allow us one day off per week, we will install Saturday rentals on Friday and pick up on Sunday with no extra charge for the additional day.

Watering Policy – It is the responsibility of the renter to make sure that the yard is prepared for installation of the yard greeting. We recommend watering the area 2-3 consecutive days before the day of installation for 45 minutes in summer months and 30 minutes each day during the other seasons. Our stakes need to go into the ground a minimum of 2.5” (preferably 3”) to hold up each sign. Hard, dry soil can be impossible to push a stake in even ¼”, and the harder we try, the possibility of breaking the stakes is greater. If the lawn is not prepared for the installation, we will not install, and the renter will be issued a full refund minus $60 for design time, gas expense, returning and refiling the design.

Sign removal – Please do not touch the signs to your yard greeting. Our installers go through diligent training on how to place and remove the stakes in the ground. The stakes can easily be broken, and the signs can easily get scratched and damaged when mishandled. If, for any reason, you want the sign removed before the end of your agreement, please contact us to do so. Failure to abide by this policy could result in a fine for damages done to the signs and/or stakes.
