Services and Pricing Information

Thank you for your interest in Sign Gypsies Park Rapids. We are locally owned, and family operated. We will reply to your booking request within 24 hours to notify you if your date is available.

Prices include rental of single phrase and name greeting, delivery, set up and pick up. Each greeting includes 6-10 graphics to personalize and make for a memorable greeting. All graphic/color requests are “requests only” and not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Our standard sign set up requires at least an 8’x28’ area of grass, however we can set up in smaller areas with our mini sign set ups.

Standard Day Time Set Up $75+tax
The Standard Day Time set up is a great lower cost option for those who don’t need a morning surprise, but rather an afterschool surprise for a child or adult coming home from work or an evening gathering. We will set up sometime before 10 AM the day of your celebration and taken down about 24 hours later. The Standard Day Time Set Up needs at least 8’x28’ area of grass for set up.

Standard Surprise Set Up $95+tax
The Standard Surprise Set Up is a way for you to surprise your special someone in a BIG way on their special day! We will set up sometime after 8PM the day before your celebration and taken down about 24-36 hours later. The Standard Surprise Set Up needs at least 8’x28’ area of grass for set up.

Mini Day Time Set Up $55+tax
The Mini Day Time Set Up is great for those who have a smaller yard but still want to celebrate in a BIG way! We will set up a condensed message sometime before 10 AM the day of your celebration and taken down about 24 hours later.

Mini Surprise Set Up $70+tax
The Mini Surprise Set up is great for those who have a smaller yard but still want the BIG morning surprise factor! We will set up a condensed message sometime after 8PM the day before your celebration and taken down about 24-26 hours later.

WINTER ADVISORY: We live in Northern MN and know the weather can be unpredictable. We plan on offering greetings all winter long to the best of our ability. We have stands that will hold your greeting once the ground is frozen. Our signs look beautiful with a snow backdrop. We will not install in high winds or blizzard conditions. If for some reason we cannot complete your install you will receive notice and a full refund or the option to pick another day.

Signs ordered for outside of our designated territory area will incur an additional mileage fee, which will be quoted during the booking process.

**We do offer special pricing for school/PTA use, Military send-offs or homecomings, and non-profits/fundraisers**
