Signs are delivered during the evening hours, after 6pm, the day before your celebration. We cannot provide a specific time for arrival, as we place & pickup signs in the best order for that particular night, although we try to be accommodating when possible. We are happy to text when we are on our way to set up!

We will pick your greeting 24(-48 hours) after setup
Once we receive your request, we will be in touch via email, within 48 hours.
Please give us as much info as you can (favorite color, foods, interests, hobbies) so we can design the best personalized yard greeting!

Please keep in mind, our greetings can only be placed in well watered grassy areas, as the stakes will not go into/stay put, in hard, dry dirt or rocky areas. A screw driver should easily penetrate the ground where the greeting is desired to be placed.

Standard ‘Happy Birthday’ Set (“Happy Birthday”, Name, Age, Graphics)

Our Standard Happy Birthday Greetings are offered in individual letters spanning of 20′ long! Offered in a variety of colors and include their name & age. All greetings will also include stars, balloons and graphics at no additional charge.

Custom Phrase
$84 (10 characters or less)
$104 (up to 25 characters)
Custom phrases are commonly used for anniversary, congratulations, welcome backs, retirements, weddings, birthdays and so much more! If you’ll let us know a little about your event & we can also help come up with a clever phrase. All greetings will also include the event colors & interests graphics at no additional charge. Pricing begins at $75 with additional charges for phrases over 25 characters.

Our Anniversary Burst includes a HUGE “Happy Anniversary” Graphic, along with the number of year being celebrated and fully loaded with additional anniversary and special interest graphics.
Graduation Packages:
Graduation packages are released in March of each year. Please submit a request on the website and we will send you our current packages to choose from once they are released. Book early! Graduation packages often sell out!
Additional Name or Word

Want additional name(s) added or a fun word like “HONK” or “SWEET 16”? Then this extra is just for you!
Delivery Fee
A $15 fee will be applied to any location outside a 10 mile radius of North Platte.
A $25 fee will be applied to any location outside a 20 mile radius of North Platte.
Additional fees will be applied to any location outside a 25 mile radius of North Platte.
Rush Fee
A rush fee of $30 may apply for greeting requests with less than 48 hour, prior to setup, notice.
Cancellation
Please communicate any cancellation 48 hours prior to setup, for a refund.
Check Availability:
All requests/inquiries must complete the request form below to check inventory availability and ensure we have all the details/spelling correct.

**Your inquiry is just a request!! We need to review your info, check our inventory and get back to you. Once you receive an invoice and pay your invoice, your greeting is booked. Please check you email often, as email is our best way of communication. We do our best to reply within 24-48 hours, weekend inquiries will be reviewed the following Monday.

Policies & Procedures

NOBODY likes to read rules and policies, we TOTALLY get it, BUT this information IS important, so you can know what to expect from us, and what we also expect from you before you rent a yard greeting!

PLEASE take a minute to get acquainted with how we operate at Sign Gypsies North Platte!

PREPARING FOR THE GREETING:
• Preparing a greeting takes a lot of prep work to get the details right for the
recipient…please give us as much info as you can (favorite colors, foods, interests, hobbies) so
that we can design the best personalized yard greeting. We usually include 4-8 graphics to
personalize the greeting so we want to know about the recipient.

• We ask that you take a picture of the location where you want the sign and text it to
308-539-5035 so we will have an understanding/idea where you want the sign placed.
Please do this at least 2 days before the setup date.

• Due to the unique nature of each setup and # of greetings booked each day, we CAN NOT
guarantee a specific delivery/pick up time. We begin setting up nightly as early as 6pm and
pick up the following night after 6:30pm or the following day—the sign may stay as long as
36 hours. (for example…if we set up on Monday night–we will come pick up on Tuesday
night or Wednesday). If the sign needs picked up, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’ll be
right over.

We try to be accommodating! Please don’t hesitate to let us know if the recipient will be
out of the house during a certain time frame the day/evening before the event. If our
schedule allows, we can try to setup during that time window to help keep the greeting a
surprise!

There is no need for you to be home during delivery or pick up. We will install your greeting
quickly and quietly in the best location for aesthetic and installation purposes. We will set
up in the front yard in a good visible spot to the road unless you request a different location.

**To allow for a smooth install, please be sure to WATER (water, water, water), your lawn on the day/days leading up to the install. If you can easily insert a screwdriver, our signs will go in smoothly. Full refund will not be given if we are unable to install due to dry ground. Please do not mow or do lawn maintenance while your greeting is in place. Any damages to the sign will result in a minimum $50 cleaning fee and replacement cost of inventory to the renter.
**Please use the screwdriver to test to ensure ground is not too frozen to install your greeting as well

**For safety and liability reasons, if this is not your residence, please let someone in the residence know we will be coming. If this is a business, please obtain permission to place the greeting.

We will text you the morning of your setup, but don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns beforehand! We will also reach out again when we head your way in the evening!

Again, please text picture so we will have an idea of the setup location, and test the ground in the desired location for a smooth install.
