Services and Pricing Information
Pricing for an approximate 20-24 hour birthday rental (after sunset to before sunset) begins at $85 from the location of a 1 mile driving radius from our home office near Laurel Meadows Elementary School on Lee Davis Road in Mechanicsville. Travel fees are added incrementally at $10 each for 5-10 miles, etc. within our territory. Complete address of setup location is needed in order to provide a specific rental fee. Event & party rentals are taken on an individual basis for set up and delivery times.
Package 1 – Mega Numbers: The eye popping numbers for their age scream “Happy Birthday” in the biggest way! Includes the name & graphics to personalize the greeting.
Package 2 – Mega Banner Happy Birthday: This displays Happy Birthday wording all on one big board! Many styles and colors to choose from & is perfect for smaller yards. It helps in making a BIG impact!
Package 3 – Traditional: Spelled out Happy Birthday w/name and age. (Additional $10 labor fee added) **This is a BIG sign, if you have a small pie shaped front yard, have large tree(s) across the center of your yard, large electrical boxes, etc… PLEASE do not choose this sign. We need about 20-30ft across 3-4ft in depth between rows with no trees, no landscaping, no water/sewer/electrical access points, no exposed tree roots etc.**
Package 4 – Custom Greeting: If you want to say something besides Happy Birthday. Examples: “Happy Sweet 16”, “Honk! Sarah is 10!”, etc. Also great for Themed Birthday Parties! (Additional charges will include pricing for numbers of letters used, and based on availability of inventory at booking time.)

*UPGRADE options 2,3 and 4 to a SUPER MEGA. We will change out our standard size numbers to a MEGA number set for $25.00.
*Add a MEGA FRAME to any greeting for a fun photo opportunity for just $25.00
*Add an additional day for $50, or half day for $25.
