To reserve your greeting, payment is required at the time of booking. Reservations are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Important Booking Information
*Orders placed within 24 hours of the installation date are subject to a $20 rush fee.
*All orders must be submitted through our online order form located at the bottom of this page.
*Requests are processed and scheduled in the order they are received.
*Please review all policies listed on your invoice before submitting payment. Payment confirms your agreement to all terms and policies.
*Be sure to include any interests, hobbies, favorite colors, themes, or special requests in the comments section of your order form. We’ll do our best to personalize your greeting!

Package Pricing
All package prices include delivery, setup, and pickup within 10 miles of our home base. An additional travel fee will be added for locations more than 10 miles from our home base.

Delivery & Installation
Delivery times vary based on our daily route schedule. To provide the most efficient service, most greetings are installed after sunset on the evening before your requested celebration date.

If you have specific timing requirements or special delivery requests, please let us know when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
