We would love to help you celebrate all your special occasions!

Sign Gypsies makes it super simple, & we take care of everything for you! A yard greeting includes a design, delivery, set-up, & pick up. Coordinating graphics, balloons and stars add the perfect finishing touch to your custom greeting!

Sign Gypsies will help you celebrate Birthdays, Birth Announcements, Gender Reveals, Welcome Home, Graduations, Engagements, Over the Hill, Prom/Homecoming, 1st Day of School, Graduations, Making the Team, Sport Events, Congratulations, Open House, Festivals, School Events, Community Events, Chamber Events, or whatever! Everything we do is customized.
Prices below include a yard greeting rental for the day, not guaranteed 24 hours. We like to say “Night to Night”. If you need additional time, upgrade options are below. We design, deliver, set up and pick up your yard greeting. We typically install between 8pm and 2:00am. Pick up is at 8pm.
We do not allow self-install. Please do not remove or move any of our signs including our ad sign. You will be subject to fees and damages for replacement.
To ensure accuracy, all requests must be submitted via our online form located at the bottom of this page. We will schedule and respond to requests in the order that the online request forms are received. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for us to respond to your booking form. If you do not see a response with a quote, please check your junk or spam folder.

Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Please review all policies on the invoice prior to paying. You are responsible for following all policies listed on your invoice.

If you are asked to prepare the yard, (water with sprinkler, clean up dog poop, let homeowner know we will be on property etc.) We will need you to follow the directions that we provide to you. If you fail to follow the directions we may not be able to install your sign fully or properly. By paying your invoice you agree to our terms. No refunds will be given if we cannot install or properly install your sign. Please note that we also do not set up signs in backyards. Attached to your invoice will be our terms and conditions. Please make sure you read everything sent to you. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the terms. Not following could result in extra charges for damaged signs.

Night Prior to Event Greeting
Sign Gypsies City of Lights will deliver and set up your yard greeting rental starting after 8:00 pm between the hours of 8pm and 2:00am. (fall/winter 7pm) the night before your celebration and pick it up after 8:00pm (fall/winter 7PM the following evening. (In your yard approximately 19-24 hours). We do not guarantee a specific time for installing. We do everything on route, so you may be first or last. We will send you a text when we are done. This is a great option for those that want their greeting up by sunrise the day of your event. A $35+ distance fee will be applied to any address out of our territory if we are available.

The Birthday Greeting Package is what Sign Gypsies is known for!
We can celebrate your birthday 2 different ways.

• Traditional Happy Birthday package
Happy (age) Birthday plus (name)
We spell out HAPPY BIRTHDAY and include the name and age and all the decorations.
Or
• Mega Number Set Up Package
The age is displayed with our big MEGA numbers with the name below. We add the decorations around it. This option is also great for smaller yards.
Both options are amazing, they are just look different. If you’re looking to combine them both we can add mega numbers to the traditional happy birthday. Upgrades are posted below.
Your greeting will always include name, age, graphics, stars & balloons, unless you want to exclude any of them. We can replace the name with “we love you”

• Mega Cake Package
Includes our HUGE cake with name and decorations. This is not an add on, this is a greeting itself! Our Mega Cake set up includes the name and birthday decorations.

• Burst Package
We have many happy birthday “bursts” to choose from. A burst is a large happy birthday board. This set up is ideal for tight spaces or smaller yards. Or maybe you just want something different!
The greeting will include name and age.
Also included are birthday graphics, stars and balloons.

• Light-Up Sign Package
We have a happy birthday burst that has lights inside!!! Its super cool! It includes a 2-day rental so you can let it shine all night!

• Realtor Package
“Welcome Home” is placed at the new home to welcome the family, this is great for realtor gifts or those welcoming families to the neighborhood.

• Military Package
Homecoming and bootcamp send offs.
Tell us the name, we have the branch and all the red, white and blue!

• Sweet 16 Package
Includes Happy Sweet 16 (name)
Your greeting will always include name, age, graphics, stars & balloons, unless you want to exclude any of them.

• Custom Saying Package
Personalize your message. Some examples are Happy Anniversary, Cheers to 40 Years, Over the Hill, Slumber Party Squad Etc. We can personalize your message and add decorations to match.

• School Celebration Package
There are a million reasons to celebrate at school! Our most popular are Welcome Back, Last Day, Donuts with Dad, School dance, 100 days etc. We do give school discounts. We also offer fundraising opportunities.

• Baby Sign Package
3 day rental! We can customize your sign. It’s a boy, It’s a girl, Welcome Home Baby (Name) displayed for three days to give the new parents plenty of time for photos and to announce the arrival of their little one! We also have a fabulous Stork. We include baby items, stars, balloons. Stork available upon request. Not available when weather is unpredictable. He’s a big guy!

• Indoor Signs Package
Celebrate your event indoors. Call for pricing and availability. 630-914-9273

• Community Event Package
Announce your event, fundraiser, Fun Run. Whatever your community event, we have you covered. Area for installation must be approved by land owner.

Want your full Happy Birthday Display even bigger? Add MEGA Numbers! Mega numbers are 4 FEET tall and can be added to this for an extra $10.

$25 add on Light Package We add lights to light up your sign! Great for night parties.

• We do not guarantee any specific colors or interest/hobbies. When filling out the booking request let us know about the recipient. What colors do they enjoy? What interests them? We will design the sign and use your answers as inspiration.
Rent for Additional Days!
Need your rental for additional days? Not a problem! Let us know. $50 each extra day. Based upon availability.

Out of area?
Requests sent for zip codes that did NOT return Sign Gypsies City of Lights as the service provider will be subject to a minimum $35 extra distance fee, based on availability. Service area also listed at the top of this page.

GRADUATION SEASON IS HERE! Take a look at our graduation options.
• Traditional Grad Package
Includes “Congrats” + NAME or “Congrats” + GRAD . All signs are silver, black, and gold. Then we add your school colors! Or you have the option to not add school colors.
“Congrats” may be offered in a MEGA Board or individual letter option based on availability. Both are great options. Our graduation signs includes and assortment of graduation themed graphics such as graduation cap, diploma, and other celebratory pieces. Also balloons/stars featuring the graduate’s school colors or another color scheme if you desire. We include up to 2 school related graphics. Example: drama, football, band, softball Etc.
**Park installs/public venues will still require a daytime delivery and pickup appointment. You must obtain permission from land owner.
• Graduation Sign with a free bonus! Order must be placed at least 3 weeks in advance.
We call it, “Graduation Plus”. This Includes our traditional graduation package plus our hashtag/side sign upgrade. We will also provide a free collegiate sign from our list and place it in the extra set up. Then it’s yours to keep! Choose from dozens of our colleges! Make a note of the school, in the comment section or give us a call. After we remove the greeting, we will leave the collegiate sign in your yard. It’s yours!

• Mega Grad Plus Package
This is great for schools, multiple graduates, or someone that’s just extra and wants a HUGE sign. – Our 4 ft mega numbers in 2023 -also included are school colors and graduation graphics.

• Plain or Personalized Resale Grad Caps
We also have personalized resale graduation caps. Only available for bulk 10+ orders.

Additional notes about graduation
**Please note that we do not offer “Congratulations”.
**We can add up to 2 interests/hobbies (school related only) in the graduation signs. Special requests may be made based on availability but not guaranteed. List it and we will communicate of we have it.
**Evening installs are placed starting at 8PM. Again, we cannot guarantee a specific install time during our evening install window. 8pm-2:30am (In your yard around19-24 hours). Unless an extra day is booked or you order a “late pick up” upgrade, your graduation sign will be picked up at 8pm.
Additional days for graduation signs may be added to your rental period if available -pricing is $100 each additional day. Other phrases may be available based on available inventory and subject to add-on fees.
