Mileage Surcharge: $1/mile for installations more than 10 miles from Hayden City Hall
Mega Cake: +$15
Picture Frame: +$15 to base or +$35 when separate mini-greeting
Extra day: +$30/day, subject to availability.
Extra Name/Age: +$15
Rush (w/in 48 hrs): +$25
Yard signs over 20 letters: $2/additional letter
