CLASSIC: $85
If choosing a classic set please choose ONE color listed. We have Happy Birthday available in the following colors:
-Teal
-Teal polka dots (teal base with pink, purple and yellow dots)
-Bright green
-Alternating Bright colors (pink, purple, teal & yellow)
-Alternating Primary colors (red, blue, green & yellow)
-Black/silver ombré
-Gold
-Purple glitter

MEGA: $85
These are one large sign that reads Happy Birthday. Width is more narrow than a classic set with individual letters.
LAVENDER and NAVY
This “mega” sign has a lavender base and navy script. It really comes off as a two tone purple.
SILVER SCRIPT
This “mega” sign has a black base with a silver script. It is an eye catching sign.
LEOPARD PRINT
This “mega” is a leopard print HAPPY and a black script Birthday. Perfect for the diva in your life. We have 2 matching single balloons to use as well.
BLACK AND WHITE
This sign has a white base, black print. This set is perfect for small yards.

UPGRADES:
-$10 Per Mega Number (mega numbers are are available in silver glitter only)
-$5 Per extra name
-$20 Per extra day
-VARIES & STARTS at $5 for adding extra phrases
-$15 for adding spot (does not require outside outlet) or twinkle lighting (requires outside outlet)
FEES:
-$25 RUSH FEE, this applies to any request that needs to be delivered within a 24 hour window
-MILEAGE FEE, this applies to any order over 20 miles from our home base, 601 Market St, Celebration FL 34747 and is charged $1.00 per mile over 20 miles.
-REDELIVERY/FAILED PICKUP FEE, this fee applies when we attempt delivery or pickup and access to the property where the yard greeting is not available and we must return to complete set or pickup.

NOTES:
This company is a RENTAL company. All of our signs are property of Sign Gypsies Four Corners and must be returned in the same condition as rented and at the agreed upon time stated in the invoice.

We are currently doing set-ups/deliveries and pickups between the hours of 10pm and 8am. If you need delivery or pickup outside of these hours please let us know as soon as possible.

If there is a gate or manned security entrance please make arrangements prior to delivery.
-Please send a passcode to us. OR
-Add Andrew and Stephanie Coggle/Sign Gypsies 4 Corners to the guestlist. OR
-If you must “buzz” us in please let us know in advance. We will try to place you on the earlier end of the delivery schedule but keep in mind we do deliveries between 10pm and 8am.

If the ground is hard and it has not recently rained, please try to thoroughly water minimum 20 minutes and no more than 12 hours prior to delivery.

Also, if there’s an irrigation system in place, please make an adjustment if scheduled to run during delivery and pickup times.

If there is a ring or similar security system and it is positioned toward the area for delivery please know it may be triggered.

Please do not cut the grass while signs are in place!!! You will be responsible for replacement costs for any sign damaged.

If there are any changes please let us know as soon as possible. And always feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.

IMPORTANT POLICIES:
After much consideration and a few incidents, we have been forced to adopt the following policy:

-Clients are responsible for any damage to signs or missing signs. Clients may be charged for the replacement cost of signs if they are destroyed or if they disappear. The cost of signs start at $16 each.

-Clients must provide access to be able to deliver and pick up the rented yard greetings. If access is not provided, a $25 redelivery fee will be applied.

-Clients may be invoiced a $85 per day fee if signs are not available for pickup.

-Our invoices are considered a contract, by paying the invoice you hereby agree to the terms listed within.
