IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Setups are done the night before your event date. We start setups & pickups after 7pm & guarantee a before dawn delivery. We could be there at 7:01 or 1AM, it depends where you fall on the drivers route. Each driver plans their route that is best for them.

We do offer some daytime setups, but those are very limited.

We ask for colors/hobby/interest suggestions to us to be creative in designing the sign. The more information provided by the customer the better. However, these are suggestions that we use in creating the sign. We do not guarantee any one particular graphic or color. If we have it available and fits with the design of the sign we will include it. The less restrictive the customer is the more creative we can be and put out an amazing sign for your event.

The yard must be watered/soaked the day before & day of setup. This is NON-NEGOTIABLE! Yard must be clear of debris. If there are hazards let us know ahead of time. This would be like holes in the yard or sticking up roots. We set up in the evening so it is difficult to see if it is not well lit.

PAYMENT PLANS:
We book orders up to 12 months out. If you book more than 30 days ahead you can split and do half down, and the remaining balance due two weeks before delivery. The further you book out the more your payment can be split up.

NEWBORN SIGNS:
Scheduling those newborns is tricky. Our suggestion is to book early with your tentative due date. That way your order will have been processed and ready to go. When the baby arrives let us know and we can always adjust the date. We pull these orders a day or two earlier so they are ready to go. Please do not wait on ordering these. We can always adjust dates or refund if necessary but we can not always make a sign appear at the last minute. We try but we can not guarantee it.

GRADUATION SEASON:
Is the busiest season of the year. We start booking February/March for May graduations. Do not wait. Spots are limited and once they are gone they are gone. We do offer different packages around graduation season. Those are released February/March. Extra days are full price during graduation season because inventory is limited.
