Around here, delivering joy is rule number one. But we also have a few other rules we must share with you. Sign Gypsies and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any rental.

Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the display (no matter how playful or inviting they may be). Our signs will not safely support the weight of a small child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on them. Besides, deck chairs are more comfortable and swings are more fun. We also ask that you do not remove our signs from your lawn for any reason. Should you need them down early, give us a shout and we’ll be happy to take care of it.

I just placed my order. What's next?

Once you have submitted a Book Now form, you’ll receive a confirmation and invoice via email to pay for your greeting. Please double check the notes section of your invoice to ensure we have everything correct. We do accept personal checks, as long as we receive your check before your delivery date. All greetings must be paid for in advance.

How much is a greeting? What is included in the price?

Price will vary depending on location and what type or greeting you are looking for. Click here to find the location nearest you to get a cost estimate. The price includes a one day rental of your personalized yard greeting, delivery, set up and pick up.

When can I expect delivery?

If your delivery is scheduled for a night time set up, we will deliver your yard greeting rental after dusk, the night before your celebration. All rentals are good for approximately 24 hours, though additional days may be purchased. Hey, you never know when a party may turn into a festival! Contact your local affiliate for details.

What if you are booked the day I would like to reserve a greeting?

We will do our best to accommodate your yard greeting request based on our inventory. If the exact greeting you want is booked, we will design a comparable greeting to exceed your expectations.

How long is the rental period?

Rental periods vary based on locations. Typically, prices include one day rentals of single phrase and name greeting, delivery, set up and pick up. Click here to find the location nearest you to get a cost estimate.

We recommend scheduling your greeting at least 48 hours or more in advance but timelines will vary depending on location.

Will the signs damage my yard?

Nope! The signs won’t damage your yard. The signs are displayed on thin wire stakes.

Where will the signs be placed in my yard?

Our location owners use their best judgement for sign placement in your yard to ensure optimal visibility. If there is a specific spot you would like for us to place the yard sign, please let us know when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

How should I prepare my yard?

Yard work should be completed ahead of time to prevent damage to the signs. Make sure to water your yard prior to the celebration.

Does someone need to meet the delivery person?

Nope! We take care of everything. We practiced social distancing before it was cool. Our installations are done the night before or early the morning of the greeting.

Your local SG owner will let you know what time they will be setting up and taking down your yard greeting.

What if the weather is bad?

Our signs are weatherproof but if severe weather conditions prevent your yard greeting from being installed, we will work with you to reschedule.

What are the signs made out of?

Our signs are made of durable corrugated plastic.

How do I pay?

Will my order be affected by Covid shut downs or protocols?

SG Yard Signs practiced social distancing before it was cool. Even in the event of another shut down because of Covid spikes, we will safely deliver your yard greeting the evening before or morning of your celebration day.

How can you help me celebrate during the pandemic?

There is no better way to celebrate during a pandemic than with SG Yard Greetings! Not only do we practice social distancing during setups and picks up, we help you celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, gender reveals, birth announcements, promposals, corporate events, holidays, game weekends, thank yous – any reason to celebrate, with beautiful yard greetings.

What's your refund policy?

Bad weather, changes in plans, we get it, things happen. If you must cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled deliver for a full refund. If Mother Nature intervenes and we are unable to set up your greeting due to severe weather, you will receive a full refund.
