Services and Pricing Information

Hi there! We are so glad that you’re here, and we can’t wait to help you celebrate in a BIG way!
All of our greeting packages are an all-inclusive service. We handle the design, delivery, installation & removal. Installation is completed after dark on the evening BEFORE your event date, then we will return for pick up approximately 24-36 hours later. Every package includes stars, balloons, and graphics customized for the recipient.

All requests must be submitted via the online form located at the bottom of this page.
We will schedule and respond to requests in the order they are received. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to respond to your booking request. Also, please make sure to include any interests, hobbies, sports, favorite colors or party theme in the comment section and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.

Prices include 24-36 hour rental of single phrase and name greeting, delivery, set up and pick up.

Payment is due when invoice is received to secure your reservation.

Birthday Packages:

**Package A- Mini Birthday Greeting – $75 PHOTO EXAMPLES BELOW
This setup is ideal for toddlers/teens, anyone that prefers a little less, tight spaces or smaller yards.
The greeting will include NAME, and AGE.
Every greeting will include birthday graphics, stars and balloons.

**Package B- Mega Birthday Board Number with Name Package – $90 PHOTO EXAMPLES BELOW
This is great for milestone birthdays!
Includes 3 foot tall Happy Birthday Board with name and regular number size. PHOTO EXAMPLES BELOW
Every greeting will include birthday graphics, stars and balloons.

**Package B2- Mega Birthday Board with Mega Number + Name Package – $100 PHOTO EXAMPLES BELOW
This is great for milestone birthdays!
3 foot tall Mega Board and mega number and name.
Every greeting will include birthday graphics, stars and balloons.

**Package C- Traditional Birthday Greeting Package – $100 PHOTO EXAMPLES BELOW
This is our longest greeting, great for large yards.
These greetings are generally about 25+ feet wide.
Happy Birthday is spelled out, regular number size.
Every greeting will include birthday graphics, stars and balloons.

**Package C2- Traditional Birthday Mega Number with Name Package – $110 PHOTO EXAMPLES BELOW
This is great for milestone birthdays that have big spaces!
Happy Birthday is spelled out with a 3 foot tall mega number and name.
Every greeting will include birthday graphics, stars and balloons.

**Non-Birthday Greeting Package – $85- $120 – Email Contact Us form on website for pricing

All Non-Happy Birthday Greetings will fall into this category. (i.e. Welcome Homes, Congrats, Baby Showers, Retirement, etc.)
Greetings will include balloons, stars and graphics.

**Realtor Open House – $50
A great idea to help realtors promote an open house or welcome the buyer home!
Sign Gypsies Midcoast Maine will deliver, set up and return to pick it up approximately 48 hours after day of set up.

**Graduation – $90 24 hr Graduation setups are full price for additional days due to seasonal demand.

Additional Fees:

$10 Photo Frame
$30 add an additional name
Price varies for each additional phrase
Additional days are 50% of the original price per extra day(subject to availability, no discount for Graduation package)
Delivery Fees may be applied depending on location if past 25 minutes from our base location in Brunswick.
